For brave kids and grown-ups alike

For everyone who likes to look brave… right up until a cricket lands on their tongue. The Crunchy Bug Challenge is a party game for kids aged 5+ and adults, from two players to ten. First come the goosebumps, then the belly laughs, and finally the discovery that anyone can be the hero of the night. A perfect gift for Christmas or any celebration where you want to properly break the ice.

Four critters, four flavours, zero boredom

Inside the cube lurk four kinds of edible insects, each in its own flavour: crickets in Chilli & Lime, mealworms in Garlic & Herbs, buffalo worms in Bacon and locusts in Parmesan. They look daring and taste even better: crunchy, savoury and surprisingly addictive. One bite and the fear is gone.

Roll the dice, if you dare

The cube of courage hides three games: a simple roll, 'Never Have I Ever…' and a trivia mini-duel with ten questions. Roll, take the dare, crunch and laugh. Who'll crunch first? Who'll keep it together without a squeal? And who'll realise there was nothing to fear? A gift people remember.

Relax, they won't bite back. Crickets, mealworms and locusts have a mild, nutty flavour and mostly take on the seasoning they're paired with. Eat them like chips or nuts; around the world they're a favourite snack with beer or wine, and in Mexico crickets (chapulines) are even served as a main dish. Try them sprinkled over a salad or into risotto.

Because it gets any party going and actually has a point. The Bug Challenge breaks the ice, cracks everyone up and quietly shows that insects are the protein of the future. Crickets are as rich in protein as premium beef, yet they need up to 2,000× less water and 100× less CO2 to produce. Fun that makes sense — and tastes great too.

No meadow foraging, promise. Our insects come from controlled farms where they have plenty of space, since they naturally live in dense groups in the wild too. No antibiotics in their feed. Before each harvest the insects are gently cooled and slip into a natural winter sleep, much like insects resting outdoors on cold days. We see insect farming as a modern, sustainable form of agriculture for the future.

Small bugs with a big mission

Edible insects are an alternative protein source with a minimal impact on the environment. The same quality protein as high-end beef. 100x less CO2 produced.
